R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-116
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING E XECUTION OF J OINT P OWERS A GREEMENT
B ETWEEN THE C ITY OF M EDICINE L AKE AND C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
F OR S TREET S WEEPING
WHEREAS, the City of Medicine Lake is requesting street sweeping services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is willing and able to assist the City of Medicine Lake by
providing street sweeping services; and
WHEREAS, state law expressly allows the execution of joint powers agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the joint powers agreement with the City of Medicine Lake is approved and the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 13th day of April, 2021.
