R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F INDINGS OF F ACT FOR A MENDING THE
Z ONING O RDINANCE T EXT RELATED TO N ORTHWEST B USINESS C AMPUS PUD FOR
P ROPERTY LOCATED AT 2675 C AMPUS D RIVE (2021006)
WHEREAS, Campus CRE Partners LLC has requested approval of a PUD (Planned Unit
Development) amendment for the construction of a new automotive repair facility for TGK
Automotive located at 2675 Campus Drive; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 1 Northwest Business
th
Campus 14 Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance requires a text amendment for a PUD
amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance
text.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and does support and approve the request by Campus
CRE Partners LLC for a PUD amendment and related Zoning Ordinance text amendment, based
on the following findings:
1. The amendment is consistent with the objectives of the City’s comprehensive plan.
2. The amendment would not affect the purposes or intent of the PUD.
