Ordinance No. 2021-06 amends Sections 21005 and 21155 of the Plymouth City Code relating to
an amendment to allow dynamic display billboards (2019072).
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerkâs Office during
regular office hours.
