R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L ABOR A GREEMENT
BETWEEN THE C ITY OF P LYMOUTH AND M AINTENANCE
E MPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY AFSCME, C OUNCIL 5, L OCAL 3445, FOR THE
C ALENDAR Y EARS 2021 THROUGH 2023
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and AFSCME, representing Plymouth maintenance
employees, have met to negotiate a labor agreement in accordance with the Minnesota Public Employee
Labor Relations Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the period of January
1, 2021 through December 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the 2021-2022 labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and AFSCME Council 5,
Local 3445, for the period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023 is approved and the Mayor and
City Manager are directed to execute the agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of March, 2021.
