R ESOLUTION T ERMINATING S TORM W ATER U NDERGROUND
F ILTRATION S YSTEM M AINTENANCE A GREEMENT FOR
C ROSSROAD C OMMONS AND C ROSSROAD C OMMONS 2 ND A DDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received to terminate the Storm Water Underground Filtration
System agreement dated June 26, 2012 and recorded on July 6, 2012 as Document Number T4970596 in
the office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been received to terminate the Amendment to the Storm Water
Underground Filtration System agreement dated September 18, 2013 and recorded on October 10, 2013
as Document Number T05125025 in the office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, Engineering staff has reviewed the petition, agreements, and original development
contract and concurs the agreements should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the petition to terminate the Storm Water Underground Filtration System
Maintenance Agreement and associated amendment for Crossroad Commons and Crossroad Commons

2 Additions is hereby granted and the storm water underground filtration system maintenance
nd
agreement for Crossroad Commons and Crossroad Commons 2 Addition are terminated.
