R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-077
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R ELEASE OF THE “C ROSSROADS C OMMONS”
D EVELOPMENT C ONTRACT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF
H IGHWAY 55 AT W EST M EDICINE L AKE D RIVE (2011 014-F)
WHEREAS, on July 6, 2012, a Development Contract dated July 3, 2012 for “Crossroads Commons”
was recorded at the Office of the Hennepin County Recorder as Document No. A9808608 and at the Office
of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles as Document No. T4970590 (collectively, the “Development
Contract”); and
WHEREAS, the property covered by said Development Contract is legally described as all property
lying within the plats now recorded as “Crossroads Commons” and “Crossroads Commons Second
Addition” located in Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said Development Contract have been fully satisfied, including acceptance
and warranty expiration of all public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that there is no longer any need to maintain the Development Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does release the Development Contract in its entirety.
