Special Council Meeting
February 23, 2021
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. on February 23,
2021.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis,Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.
Councilmembers Willis and McGregor participated remotely per State Statute 13D.021).
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister,Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Community
Development Director Juetten, and City Clerk Engdahl.
HRA Interviews
Council interviewed applicants for the Ward 4 and one At Large position on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority.
Resolution approving the appointments is on this evening's Regular Council agenda.
Future Study Sessions
Council rescheduled the study session on June 8 (BRT and MN/DOT access improvements)to April 27 at
5 p.m.
Council scheduled a study session on May 11 at 5 p.m.to discuss City Center 2.0
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:58 p.m.
