HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-937CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of December , 19 80 . The following members were present: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0.-80-937 AGREEMENT WITH MUNICIPAL AND PRIVATE SERVICES, INC. (MAPSI) WHEREAS, the Staff has recommended that the City enter into an agreement with Municipal and Private Services, Inc., (MAPSI), for 1981; and WHEREAS, the terms of the agreement provide that MAPSI will act to enforce City Ordinances as they relate to animal nuisances; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the agreement and finds that the public health, safety, and welfare are enhanced by the execution of this agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Municipal and Private Services, Inc. (MAPSI) for animal patrol services for the calender year 1981. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 ow ng voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt.
