Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 19__U-. The following members
were present: Mayor Daven'ort� Councilmembers Floyt-�ils, Schneider F. Threinen
The following members were absent 'None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-935
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED POLICY RELATING TO
THE ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE AND OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City Council has by passage of Resolution No. 66-105, 73-306,
and 79-775 previously adopted and revised policies relating to the issuance
of On -sale and Off -sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the most recent policy, dated November 19, 1979, has been revised
to more appropriately reflect current Council policy in this regard; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the revised policy, dated December 15, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt the revised policy relating to
the issuance of On -sale and Off -sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses, dated
December 15, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: mayor nayoaporat, Geonellmemhers-+Ieyt,
Neils Schneider and Threi
The following voted against or abstained:None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
