Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 19 80 . The following members
were present:Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-934
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE PLYMOUTH PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, changing personnel program needs have required that amendments be made
to the November 17, 1977 personnel policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt revised personnel policy provisions
dated December 15, 1980 to replace the provisions dated November 17, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
