Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting :)f
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 19 80 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-933
APPROVING 1981 SALARY PLANS
WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a salary administration program
for employees of the City not represented by organized collective bargaining
agencies; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with those policies, the City Manager has provided
this Council with a report, dated December 12, 1980, in which he has recom-
mended the adoption of salary adjustment guide charts for 1981 and salary plans
consistent with the salary administration program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the 1981 salary adjustment guide charts, as submitted
by the City Manager, be and the same are hereby approved, effective January 1,
1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Office, Professional -Technical, and Supervisory -
Administrative -Management salary plans, as submitted by the City Manager in his
report dated December 12, 1980, be and the same are hereby approved effective
January 1, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
