Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arpUid meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on the
15thday of Dpcpmber , ig.WL. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-931
AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE RENTAL OF TEMPORARY WARMING SHELTERS AT
OAKWOOD, PLYMOUTH, LA COMPTE AND FERNBROOK PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, the permanent park shelters now under construction at Oakwood,
Plymouth, La Compte and Fernbrook Playfields will not be completed in
time for the winter skating program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to charge
the cost of renting four temporary shelters, portable toilets and
miscellaneous costs to the Project 017 Community Playfield Account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
