the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the

RESOLUTION NO. 30-930
DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
"MIDDLE" PINETREE POND
PROJECT NO. 113
WHEREAS, pursuant to requests from property owners, the City Council has been
considering the existing condition of the "Middle" Pinetree Pond, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has provided direction
for further dredging which would be allowed on said pond,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The preparation of plans and specifications for the dredging of
the "Middle" Pinetree Pond in general conformance with the direction
from DNR.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
