Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 1980 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, CouncilFnembers Hoyt—,—Teils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmamber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-929
APPROVING 1981-1983 LABOR CONTRACT
WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Manager, representing the City, and representatives of Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. representing police sergeants, have met to
negotiate a labor contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted a report to the City Council regarding
the provisions of the proposed labor contract and has recommended its approval by
the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the labor contract negotiated between the City of Plymouth and Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., for the period of January 1, 1981 through December
31, 1983 be and the same is hereby approved; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the labor agreement
on 5ehalf of the City of Plymouth.
