moved its adoption:

PINEVIEW LA11 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10, dated December 8, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 10 in the amount of 512,345.35 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote beingg taken thereo the
following votedin avow reo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers oyt,
