Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held 5 the
15th day of December 1980 The following members were
present:pjaynr Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
oouncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-923
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1980 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated December 8, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc.,
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $20,358.23 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1980 Street
Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
