Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ualr meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of December , 19 80. T".e following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen,
The following members wereabsent: none
ncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 60-920
AUTHORIZING RcQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 002
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated December 10, 1960, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been ;repared by Stroar-Roscoe, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $91,337.29 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 002.
