Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of December , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Counci me ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threiner.
The following members were absent: none
ouncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-912
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE G
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated November 17, 1980, for Perkins Landscape
Contractors, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PL N,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 2 in the amount of $58,617.00 to Perkins Landscape Contractors for
seeding and sodding at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
