Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,,iMinnesota was held on the
15th day of December , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport,Counci_lmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-908
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.2
PROJECT NO, 013, 916, 943
SHEDD SROWN/SCHIEBE/FABER PLACE -UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Shedd Brown/Schiebe/Faber Place utility improvements:
1. Ditch excavation west of Cottonwood Lane on Project 916 (Shedd Brown).
2. Reqrade watermain easement area on Project 916 (Shed Brown).
3. Common excavation on 29th Avenue on Project 013 (Faber Place).
4. Replace defective valve at 29th Avenue and West Medicine Lane Road
on Project 013 (Faber Place).
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 013, 916, 943 is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MNINESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 013, 916, 943 adding
$6,655.00 is approved and the previous contract price of $231,9F5.20 is
revised to $238,610.20.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor [davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen _
