Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of December , 1980 The following memhers were
present:Mayor Davenport, C� mem ers Hoy -f—, -Neils, Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-907
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
SEEDING/SODDING CONTRACT -SCHEDULE " r "
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following;
1. Maintenance watering of Sod on playfields.
2. Site clean-up and additional fine grading of playfield.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Seedinq/Sodding Contract,
G , is recoTmended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Seeding/Sodding Contract G ,
by adding $24,141.50 is approved and that the original contract price of 4130,540.00
is revised to $154,681.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Tyor Davenport, ggyncilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
