Councilmembers Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-906
AMENDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BATHER, RINGROSE, WOLSFELD, JARVIS, GARDNER, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on March 19, 1980 by Resolution No. 80-204
entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld,
Jarvis, Gardner, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has requested that Section 5.3.1 establishing a maximum fee
for professional services be revised,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City
of Plymouth and Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. March 19,1980
be the same as hereby amended by changing the maximum fee in Section 5.3.1 from
$190,000 to $271,000.
