Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was neld on The

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-905
AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
STRGAR-ROSCOE, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on December 3, 1979 by Resolution No. 79-792
entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. and,
WHEREAS, the Engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates
for professional services be revised,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City
of Plymouth and Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. December 3, 1979 be the same as hereby amended
to incorporate the new Schedule B, 1981 Rate Schedule as follows:

Registered Engineer
Assistant Engineer (B.S.C.E. and/or E.I.T.)
Senior Technician
Junior Technician
Clerical
Reimbursable Expense
Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating
Out -of -Pocket expenses such as meals,
lodging, stakes, telephone calls, ect.
