Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnnnesota was held on the
15th day of December , 19 80. The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 80-902
HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 15 LAYOUT APPROVAL
PROJECT NO. 024
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1980 the City Council gave preliminary approval to an
intersection improvement at Highway 55 and County Road 15, and
WHEREAS, a location/design hearing was held on June 16, 1980 with regard to the
proposed improvement, anI
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing
and at an additional meeting held with property owners on December 3, 1980, and
WHEREAS, MN DOT has prepared an alternate design which provides for a right
angle intersection with in line perpendicular access to the north and south and
also leaves Saratoga Lane at its existing location;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the alternate design is hereby approved and MN DOT is requested
to proceed with the preparation of the final plans and specifications for the
construction of the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rpunrilpar Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
