Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
15th day of December , 19 80. The following members were
present: Movor Davenport, Counci mem ers Hoyte Neils, Schneider and Threinen

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-900
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 104
19TH AVENUE UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted August 25, 1930, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvment of 19th Avenue from pronosed Oakdale West
Addition to Merrimac Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain, bituminous
street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 15, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chanter 398,
as amended) at an estimat,2d total cost of the improvement of
$159,860.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
19th day of January, 1981 in the Council ChLnbers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wa• duly seconded by
Gouncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
