Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a renular meeting of
the City Council of the Ci :y of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 1980 The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt—,Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-899
RECEIVING REPCRT FOR WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE
PROJECT 103
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolutions 80-744 and 80-838 adopted October 20 and November
17, 1980, a report for the watermain improvements on Ridgemount Ave. and a watermain
around Ridgemount Jr. High has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on December 15, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davpnpnrt, rnunrilmamhorS Hoot
Neil§. Schneider and Thrainpn
The following voted against or abstained:„p
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
