the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 19 80 The following members
were present:_ flavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Thrginen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-898
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 101
CARLSnN COMPANIES 2ND ADDITION - 10TH AVENUE
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 20, 1980, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvements on 10th Avenue in the Carlson Companies 2nd 'Addition by the
construction of watermains, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 15, 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 20, 1980 except the Storm Sewer Outlet for 10th Ave.
shall be an open drainage way. The petitioner has waived his right to
a public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
