the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December 19 80 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci I members Hoyt Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-897
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 915
45TH AVE. - NATHAN LANE TO CO. ROAD 18
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adoptd March 3, 1980, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of 45th Ave. from County Road 18 to Nathan Lane.
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
biuminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 15, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvements of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $580,350.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 19th
day of January 1981 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
