HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-891CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of December, 1980 . The followina members were present: Mayor Davenport, Cnunrilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: [lone Councilmember Threinen _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-891 APPROVING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE GUIDING FOR B -T LAND COMPANY AND SWAN LAKE PROPERTIES IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD 9 FROM LA -1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO LA (LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) (80008) WHEREAS, B -T Land Company and Swan Lake Properties have requested approval of reclassification of land use guiding for approximately 30 acres of land in the northeast quadrant of West Medicine Lake Road and County Road 9, in the south half of Section 10 and in the north half of Section 15 from LA -1 to LA -2; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following duly scheduled public hearings and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use guiding for B -T Land Company and Swan Lake Properties for approximately 30 acres of land in the northeast quadrant of West Medicine Lake Road and County Road 9 from LA -1 to LA -2 in accordance with exhibit 80008 dated 11/19/80 and to provide for LA -1 guiding in accordance with Exhibit D of the concept plan using the ridge line as the separation.
