Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
' December. 1980 . The following members were present:Acting Mayor Neils,
Cnunrilmembers Hoyt Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: P1ayor Davenport
Caunrilm tuber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-889
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISIONS/CONSOLIDATIONS
FOR LOTS IN BLOCK 5, PLYMOUTH HILLS ADDITION FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (A-675)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved divisions and consolidations to platted
Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following to be net prior
to filing the approved lot divisions/consolidations with Hennepin County:
Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum regarding provision of
appropriate utility and drainage easements for the new parcels.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counciimember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
' following voted in favor thereof: Acting Maynr Npj]c_ Councilmembers Hoyt
and Threinen _
The following voted against or abstained: �enil4rillmeunher.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
