HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-888CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heldon the 15th day of December , 19 80 . Qouncilmembers Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen ng memoers were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved is a option: RESOLUTION NO. 80-888 APPROVING LOT DIVISIONS/CONSOLIDATIONS FOR LOTS 3, 4, 5 AND 61 BLOCK 5, PLYMOUTH HILLS ADDITION FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (A-675) WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company has requested approval of lot divisions and consolidations of platted lots in Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amendments to the general development plan for the Plymouth Hills Addition planned unit development consistent with the proposed lot divisions/consolidations; NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the divisions and consolidations of platted lots in Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition as follows: EXISTING PROPERTY Lot 3, Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition (P.I.N. 21-118-22-22-0006) Lot 4, Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition (P.I.N. 21-118-22-22-0007) Lot 5, Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition (P.I.N. 21-118-22-23-0009) Lot 6, Block 5, Plymouth Hills Addition (P.I.N. 21-118-22-24-0004) To be consolidated and divided into three new parcels as follows: PARCEL A Lot 3, Block 5, and that part of Lot 4, Block 5, PLYMOUTH HILLS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, which liew westerly of a line and its extensions, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 4 distant 71.02 feet southeasterly of the northwest corner of Lot 4 as measured along said northerly line of Lot 4; southerly to a point on the southerly line of Lot 4, distant 62.95 feet southeasterly of the southwest corner of Lot 4 as measured along said southerly line and said line there t rminati ng. Resolution 0 80-888 Fuge 2 PARCEL B Those parts of Lot 4 and of Lot 5, Block 5, PLYMOUTH HILLS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies easterly of "Line 1" and westerly of "Line 2" and their extensions. Said "Line 1" and "Line 2" are described as follows: "Line 1" beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 4 distant 71.02 feet southeasterly of the north- west corner of Lot 4 as measured along said northerly line of Lot 4; thence southerly to a point on the southerly line of Lot 4, distant 62.95 feet southeasterly of the southwest corner of Lot 4 as measured along said southerly line and said line there terminating. "Line 2" beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 5 distant 22.55 feet southwesterly of the north- east corner of Lot 5 as measured along said northerly line; thence southerly to a point on the southerly line of Lot 5, distant 100.27 feet northwesterly of the south- east corner of Lot 5 as measured along said southerly line and said line there terminating. PARCEL C Lot 6, Block 5 and that part of Lot 5, Block 5, PLYMOUTH HILLS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies easterly of a line and its extensions, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 5 distant 22.55 feet southwesterly of the northeast corner of Lot 5 as measured along said northerly line; thence southerly to a point on the southerly line of Lot 5, distant 100.27 feet northwesterly of the southeast corner of Lot 5 as measured along said southerly line and said line there terminating. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess- ment corrections based upon City policy when the divisions/consolidations are approved by Hennepin County.
