HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-885Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
1st day of December , 1980 . The following members
were present: Magor Davenport Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 885
RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRED MOORE AS PLYMOUTH'S REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE SEWER SERVICE AREA NO. 1 ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has indicated its desire
to reactivate the several Sewer Area Advisory Boards and has requested the
City Council consider such an appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that Fred Moore be and the same is hereby appointed as
Plymouth's representative to the Sewer Service Area No. 1 Advisory Board.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote beir:g taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: [payor DavpnpQrt. Councilmember--g Hnyt,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
