HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-881CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ _re4ular meetina of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lst day of December, 1980_ The following members were present: -Payor Davenport. ouncilmembers Hoyt, 'eils and Schneider The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sclineider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-881 REAPPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO PLANNING AREA CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is cooperating with Hennepin County and forty-tua units of local government to constitute an Urban County under the provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended in 1977; and, WHEREAS, the Community Development Program regulations establish requirements for the provision of citizen participation; and, WHEREAS, Urban Hennepin County in response to the program regulations has established four Citizen Advisory Committees, one within each Urban County Planning Area; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Area Citizen Advisory Committee's primary responsibility is to review appropriately Community Development Block brant Programa issues within, its member area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF PLY= MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does reappoint Hark Eches for a term of one year and Fred Clark for a term of two years to serve as members on the Planning Area Citizen Advisory Committee which includes the City of Plymouth.
