Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1st day of December , 19 $0. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Counce mem ers Hoye, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
rgiincilmem4er Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION. 1:0. 80-879,
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MAPLE CREEK 2ND ADDITION (A-350)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated July 10, 1978, North-
land Mortgage Company, developer of Maple Creek 2nd Addition (A-350), has
agreed to install certain imarovements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $79,200 be further reduced
to $29,200 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter
are accepted as of December 1, 1980 for continual maintenance subject to the one
year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
