The following members were present•—Davenport, ounce mem ers oyt, Tel s and Schneider — e o .:),.,ing members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-877 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWALS FOR McCOMBS- KNUTSON ASSOCIATES AND AMENDING COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 78-168 (79043 AND A-800) WHEREAS, McCombs -Knutson Associates has requested a conditional use permit in response to Council Resolution No. 78-168 for a general office tenant at 12800 Industrial Park Boulevard per a letter of October 8, 1980; and, WHEREAS, the petitioner also has requested renewal of conditional use permits approved under Resolutions Nos. 79-353, 79-708, and 80-60 for other general office tenants at the same address; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the requests at a 6uly called public hearing and has recommended approval; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has also recommended amendment of Resolution No. 79-168 regarding conditional use permits for office tenants in the subject build- ing which is in the I-1 District and which was approved as a conditional use under Resolution No. 78-169; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for a new general office tenant per letter of October 8, 1980, and renewal of conditional use permits previously authorized, and amendment of Resolution No. 78-168 by dele- tion of Item #6, all subject to the following conditions: 1. Occupancies shall be limited to general office uses, excluding medical and clinical uses. 2. The petitioner as owner and operator shall notify the City in writing of all tenant changes describing the nature of the use, number of employees, and amount of building occupied. 3. Business hours of the office occupancies shall generally correspond with tho5o of other 1-1 uses. 4. Activities permitted shall not involve commercial type traffic by the general public into the industrial district. Resolution 0 80-877 Page 2 5. The site shall be subject to periodic City inspection as to adequacy of parking and compliance with City ordinances. 6. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation of any one or all of the conditional uses.
