Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a vial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ?ffnneso a, was held on the
4th day of November , 1980 The following members
were present: Mayor Hunt, mer�
unci m ers avenpo'Royt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Count ' Imember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 874
DECLARING THE COUNCIL SEAT OF MAYOR HOWARD HUNT TO BE VACANT
WHEREAS, Mayor Howard Hunt has submitted his resignation to the Council, which
resignation is effective midnight, November 30 , 1980; and
WHEREAS, the term to which Howard Hunt was elected expires on December 31, 1981;
and
WHEREAS, by virtue of such resignation it is necessary for the position of Mayor
to be filled by appointment of the Council for the remainder of such unexpired
term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Council seat of Howard Hunt is hereby declared to be vacant.
