Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of November , 19 86 . The following members
were present: Mayor Hunt,Counci mem ers DavenportFfoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. $0-867
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR CITY CENTER LOWER LEVEL EXPANSION SPACE
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved in concept the lease of
approximately 1540 square feet of the City Center lower level expansion space
to the Hennepin County Agricultural Extension Service for office space purposes;
and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has drafted a lease agreement for execution by the
City of Plymouth and Agricultural Extension Service; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed said agreement and recommended amend-
ments thereto; and
WHEREAS, both parties are in agreement with the lease provisions as amended
by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve a four year lease agreement,
Hennepin County Number 01361, as amended by the City Attorney; and
FURTHER, directs the Mayor and City Manager to execute said agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ResolAion was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:
