Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of November , 19 80. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 30-866
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PARKERS LAKE AREA STORM SEWER AND PONDS
PROJECT NO. 606
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 27th day of October, 1980 fixing a date
for a public hearing with respect to Parkers Lake (PL -P1), Pond BC -P19 lying north
and south of the Minnesota Western Railroad right-of-way between Harbor Lane and
Fernbrook Lane, Pond BC -P20 lying on the west side of Interstate Highway No. 494
south of County Road 6, Pond BC -P21 lying on the east side of Interstate No. 494
south of County Road 6 and inlets and outlets for Ponds PL -P2, PL -P3, BC-P19C,
BC -P22 and BC -P23; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project include the installation of storm sewer, ponding
areas, pumping station and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 19th day
of November, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted January 21, 1980, and as contained in the
preliminary engineering report received the same date with the
exception of Ponds BC -P22 and BC -P23 which have been deleted
from the proposed project.
2. Eugene A. Hickok and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wimcilmem4er ogvt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foiloowing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Npil; and Thefollowing vote against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
