the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of November _, 19 80 , The following members
were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt- Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: ouncilmember Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-865
APPROVING 1980 PEDDLERS & SOLICITORS LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
Licenses have been received for the sale of houseware items from a van
or truck from the following, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19,
Plymouth Code:
Daniel Bruce Carlsen
2249 Overlook Drive
Bloomington, MN
Tamas Indre Kovacs
6202 France Avenue
Brooklyn Center, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications of Daniel Bruce Carlsen and
Tamas Indre Kovacs for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants Licenses
be approved for a period to expire December 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
