the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of November , 19 80 . The following members
were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce me ers Davenport, Aoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 862
RESCLUTION REVISING PROCEDURES FOR DF.FERI41E-NT OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS AGAINST OWNER -OCCUPIED HOMESTEADED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council did on February 27, 1978, adopt a policy establishing
procedures for deferment of special assessments against owner -occupied home-
steaded property; and
WHEREAS, to make this policy current the City Council has directed that changes
be made in the policy as incorporated in the November 17, 1980 draft, of said
policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does adopt the revised policy establishing procedures
for deferment of special assessments against owner -occupied homesteaded property
dated November 17, 1980, and further that the staff shall administer the program
therewith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
751lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport.
