Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota ss held on the
17th day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: MAvor Hunt Counci members Hoyt, REM s and Schneider
The following members were absent: CoUnclimember Davenport
,�o_uncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTIuN NO. 80-861
CANCELING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-728, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for street lighting, and
WHEREAS, certain property owners appealed the cost for the above mentioned street
lighting, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property
owners to cancel the assessment for street lighting levied against their property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the assessments be cenceled for the following amounts as they
apply to each parcel here listed:
$63.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rouncilmmheL Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
