Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of November 19 30. The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 860
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1980 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated November 10, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc.,
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Fdyment No. 6 in the amount of 570,621.97 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1980 Street
Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
uncilmeober Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following the voted favor there Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Schneider
