Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoul ar meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of November 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, -Neils and Schneider

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-855
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE - 23RD, 26TH, 13TH AVENUES
PROJECT 702, 905, 909, 924
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 9, dated November 7, 1980, for C. S. McCrossan, Inc.,
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 9 in the amount of $34,886.05 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for Project 702,
905, 909, 924.
