Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, CouncilmembersHoyt,-ails and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
I i tuber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-854
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS - SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated November 11, 1980 for R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc.,
has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 3 in the amount of $74,970.00 to R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc. for shelters at
the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
