Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reclular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of Nove mber , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-848
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 002
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated November 4, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA THAT THE Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 3 in the amount of $496,633.90 to Progressive Contractors, Inc. for
Project 002.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
r upr H , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in Tavor ereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovt, Neils
me fon owing voted against or abstains none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
