Pursuant to'due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-844
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WEST RIDGE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION (A-745)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 10, 1980, Laukka
and Associates, Inc., developer of West Ridge Estates Third Addition (A-745), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $221,384 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer and watermain serving Lots 1 through
20, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, West Ridge Estates Third Addition are
accepted, as of November 17, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
