The following members were present: Mayor Hut,— ounce mem ers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: ' unci me avenpor Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-844 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WEST RIDGE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION (A-745) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 10, 1980, Laukka and Associates, Inc., developer of West Ridge Estates Third Addition (A-745), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT Street Construction S 50,125 Sanitary Sewer 58,373 Watermain 67,207 Storm Sewer 5,657 Boulevard & Drainage Swale Sod 12,000 Pond or Ditch Construction 0 Street Signs 150 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 Erosion Control 2,000 Private Streets, Driveways & Parking Areas 22,500 Site Grading & Drainage Impmts. 30,000 Design, Adm., Insp., As-Builts 29,941 TOTALS $279,453 NEW AMOUNT $ 50,125 31,080 43,099 5,657 12,000 0 150 1,500 2,000 22,500 30,000 23,773 $221,884 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $221,384 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer and watermain serving Lots 1 through 20, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, West Ridge Estates Third Addition are accepted, as of November 17, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
