Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ire ullaar meetina of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
rNovember 1980 The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,
rnuncilmembers Hoyt Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-842
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE BOND FOR MC QUAY-PERFEX, INC.

WHEREAS, the site plan for expansion for McQuay-Perfex, Inc., located on the
southwest corner of senium Lane and 24th Avenue North was approved under City
Council Resolution No. 77-502; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site improvement performance guarantee
in the form of a bond in the amount of $48,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the
bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of Bond No.
400 EZ 7379 in the amount of $48,000 which was submitted to guarantee site improve-
ments for McQuay-Perfex, Inc., located on the southwest corner of Xenium Lane and
24th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counril member Hnyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Cnunr_ilmamharc Hnj4t Npi1S and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
