Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
November 1980 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,
rnijnrilMemhPr% Hoyt. Neils and Schneider
the tol lowing members were absent: Councilmen er avenpor
Cmincilmemher Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-841
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE BOND FROM TRUCKER SHEEHY
CONSTRUCTORS, INC., FOR MICHELIN TIRE DISTRIBUTION CENTER (A-731)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Trucker Sheehy Constructors, Inc. for the
Michelin Tire Distribution Center located at 865 Xenium Lane was approved under
City Council Resolution No. 77-265; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site improvement performance
guarantee in the form of a bond in the amount of $45,000, subsequently reduced to
$15,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the
bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of Bond No.
12-8166-77 in the amount of $15,000 wh'ich was submitted by Trucker Sheehy
Constructors, Inc. to guarantee site improvements for the Michelin Tire
Distribution Center located at 865 Xenium Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
