Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
Nnvpmher 1980 The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,
rn,n i_lmembers Hoyt. Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and roved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-840
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FROM BRUCE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR MERRIMAC PLACE ONE (A-457)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Bruce Construction Company for Merrimac Place
One located on the southwest corner of Highway 101 and Merrimac Lane was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 78-788; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the
form of a money market certificate in the amount of $18,600, subsequently reduced
to $6,000 placed in a savings account; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the
-- bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of Savings Account
No. 00-116-4-20 in the amount of $6,000 which was submitted by Bruce Construction
Company to guarantee site improvements for Merrimac Place One located on the south-
west corner of Highway 101 and Merrimac Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmpmhpr Hnyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: Nnnp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
