Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of November , 19 80. The followin5 members were

RESOLUTION NO. 80-839
RECEIVING REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR
ZACHARY LANE WATERMAIN
PROJECT 102
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 20, 1980, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with re:-pect
to the improvement of the Zachary Lane watermain from 53rd Avenue to County Road 10;
and
WHEREAS said report was received by the City Council on November 17, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. The developer of Harrison Hills Addition shall be informed of the
required internal watermains.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�Cquncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favore'Fi rte: Mayor Hunt, Counci lmembers Hoyt, Neils
Ine following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte .
