Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of November , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Ne Is and Schneider

move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-837
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS BETWEEN
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 3, ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Ford M. Robbins, P.A. has petitioned the City
Council for a vacation of the following drainage and utility easement:
All that part of a perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes
over and across the following described:
1. The South 5 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, Robert fliddlemist 3rd Addition
2. The North 5 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Robert Middlemist 3rd Addition
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 15, 1980
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
